To serve as a strong support group for
Latina women in higher education

Although our Roots are Latin,
we are a Non-Exclusionary Sorority

Purpose

The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha shall be to provide a sisterhood based on unity, love and respect. To foster strong leaders via personal and professional development.
Together we are committed to working towards the advancements of marginalized communities, through activism, volunteering, fundraising, raising social and political awareness, as well as hosting charitable and educational programs.
